Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive policy recommendations for municipal governance and community initiatives
- Analyze complex datasets and legislative impacts using advanced research methodologies

- Present findings to city council members and senior leadership through compelling reports
- Monitor federal and state regulatory changes affecting local government operations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of government policy analysis or public sector experience
- Expertise in quantitative data analysis with proficiency in SPSS/R/Python
- Proven track record of successful policy implementation in municipal settings
- Strong written/verbal communication skills with experience in public presentations
- Knowledge of North Carolina local government statutes and regulations
