Responsibilities

- Monitor federal/state compliance requirements for municipal programs
- Develop data-driven solutions for housing, transportation, and sustainability challenges
- Present findings to diverse audiences through briefings and public forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS, R)
- Deep understanding of Ohio state and federal regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven project management with multi-stakeholder deliverables
- Valid Ohio driver's license
- U.S. citizenship required for government clearance
