Responsibilities
- Analyze economic data and trends to inform policy recommendations
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for legislative stakeholders
- Collaborate with state agencies on cross-functional policy initiatives
- Monitor federal regulations and assess impacts on Tennessee economy
- Develop legislative proposals and budget justifications
- Conduct stakeholder outreach and public engagement sessions
- Lead special projects assigned by senior leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis or government experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Strong knowledge of Tennessee government operations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects independently
- Tennessee residency required upon hire
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
