Responsibilities
- Analyze legislative proposals and draft policy recommendations for social service programs
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research on program effectiveness and compliance
- Collaborate with agency stakeholders and legislative committees
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership
- Monitor federal/state regulations and ensure program alignment
- Lead cross-functional project teams on policy implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Social Work, or related field
- 3+ years policy analysis experience in government/nonprofit
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (SPSS/R) and data visualization
- Deep understanding of Oklahoma's legislative process
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Experience with public budgeting and grant administration
