Responsibilities
- Develop and analyze municipal policies related to urban development and public services
- Prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations for City Council and Mayor's Office
- Collaborate with 15+ city departments on cross-functional initiatives
- Conduct stakeholder engagement with community groups and industry partners
- Monitor legislative changes and assess municipal compliance requirements
- Manage project timelines and deliverables for high-priority initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of government or public sector experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or Tableau)
- Proven policy development and implementation track record
- Ohio driver's license with clean record
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain security clearance within 30 days
