Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Expertise in quantitative research methods and statistical analysis (SPSS/R required)
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing evidence-based policy recommendations
- Advanced knowledge of New York State government structure and legislative processes
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with ability to present complex concepts clearly
