Responsibilities
- Analyze socioeconomic data to identify policy gaps impacting Philadelphia communities
- Develop evidence-based recommendations for urban development initiatives
- Collaborate with interagency task forces on housing and workforce programs
- Prepare legislative briefings and fiscal impact statements for state legislators
- Manage stakeholder engagement with non-profits and private sector partners
- Oversee implementation of grant-funded community development projects
- Monitor federal compliance requirements for state-funded programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit sector
- Proficiency in quantitative data analysis (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Demonstrated success in drafting legislation or policy whitepapers
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania's Sunshine Act and open records laws
- Experience managing multimillion-dollar federal grant programs
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record
