Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years experience in government technology policy or IT governance
- Expertise in Illinois state procurement processes and compliance
- Advanced analytical skills with quantitative and qualitative data
- Strong stakeholder management across public/private sectors
- Proficiency in policy development frameworks and impact assessment
- Illinois residency required (per state statute 5 ILCS 430/)
