Responsibilities
- Analyze complex policy issues and draft actionable recommendations for County leadership
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research using data visualization tools
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to implement policy initiatives
- Present findings to elected officials and community stakeholders
- Monitor federal/state legislative impacts on local governance
- Manage grant-funded projects with $1M+ budgets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years experience in government or nonprofit policy analysis
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R) and GIS mapping
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and public speaking
- Knowledge of Colorado municipal governance frameworks
- Project management certification (PMP) preferred
- Valid Colorado driver's license
