Responsibilities
- Research and analyze complex policy issues affecting Pennsylvania residents
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations for state agencies

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Expert knowledge of Pennsylvania state government operations
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with stakeholder management and public engagement
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
