We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Policy Analyst to join the Government of the United Kingdom on an immediate hire basis. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research and data analysis to inform government policy decisions.
- Draft and review policy briefings, consultation responses, and statutory guidance documents.

- Monitor legislative changes and assess their potential impact on current government programs.
- Present complex findings to senior ministers and civil service officials in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Economics, Law, or a related social science field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in policy analysis, government relations, or a relevant public sector role.
- Strong understanding of UK government structures, legislative processes, and public administration.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality documentation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
