Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis on complex state policies, drafting actionable recommendations for legislative and executive branches
- Develop data-driven solutions addressing economic disparities, climate resilience, and public health initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to implement equitable policy frameworks aligned with Washington's strategic goals
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for legislative committees and stakeholder briefings

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)

- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Deep understanding of Washington State legislative processes and administrative frameworks
