Responsibilities
- Research and analyze complex state policy issues using data-driven methodologies
- Develop strategic recommendations for legislative and regulatory initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on statewide policy implementation
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership
- Monitor legislative developments and assess potential impacts

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Expertise in quantitative/qualitative research methodologies
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- California residency required
- Experience with state legislative processes preferred
