Responsibilities
- Analyze complex legislative proposals and regulatory impacts across state agencies

- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research using advanced data analytics

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in government policy analysis or public sector roles
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, SAS, or Python)
- Deep understanding of Ohio's legislative process and regulatory framework
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
