Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate state policies aligned with Missouri's strategic objectives
- Analyze complex datasets to recommend evidence-based solutions
- Collaborate with legislators and stakeholders on policy implementation
- Prepare comprehensive reports and legislative briefings
- Monitor federal regulations and assess state compliance requirements
- Lead cross-functional projects on public sector modernization
- Maintain compliance with Missouri Sunshine Law and open records requests
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Proficiency with statistical analysis tools (SPSS, R, or Python)
- Deep understanding of Missouri legislative processes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Valid Missouri driver's license
