Responsibilities
- Analyze complex state legislation and regulatory frameworks to inform policy recommendations
- Lead cross-departmental initiatives addressing healthcare, education, and economic development
- Develop comprehensive policy briefs and implementation roadmaps for executive leadership
- Coordinate stakeholder engagements including advocacy groups, industry partners, and community leaders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field (5+ years experience required)

- Strong understanding of North Carolina's legislative process and governmental structure
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with demonstrated public speaking experience
