Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of federal program data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and briefings for senior agency leadership and congressional stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with federal objectives.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, OMB guidelines, and internal agency policies.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and coordinate communication between various government divisions.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project completion within budget constraints.
- Provide expert advice on programmatic challenges and recommend evidence-based solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Finance, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in federal, state, or local government program analysis.
- U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with federal grant management or financial reporting systems is a plus.
