The Role:
As a Senior Program Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring program compliance, analyzing performance metrics, and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership. This position requires a sharp analytical mind and a deep understanding of federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Program Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of federal program data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive, high-level reports for federal stakeholders, including executive summaries and data visualizations.
- Compliance: Monitor and ensure strict adherence to federal laws, regulations, and agency policies.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to align project goals with agency objectives.
- Process Improvement: Recommend and implement process enhancements to increase operational efficiency.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and compliance records.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal program analysis or government contracting.
- Clearance: Active Secret or Top Secret clearance required (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools (Tableau, SQL, or similar).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and agency-specific guidelines.
