Responsibilities
- Process and adjudicate veterans' benefit claims with precision and empathy
- Conduct comprehensive interviews to gather supporting documentation
- Interpret complex federal regulations and policies accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service to veterans and their families
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve complex cases
- Maintain detailed case records in compliance with federal standards
- Participate in continuous training on evolving VA programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Minimum 2 years in customer service or case management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in federal regulations (VA, Title 38, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background check
- Experience with veterans' affairs preferred but not required
