Responsibilities
- Analyze Program Performance: Evaluate existing federal programs to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Policy Development: Draft and review regulatory documentation, memoranda, and briefing papers for senior leadership.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with interagency partners and internal teams to ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all administrative processes adhere to federal statutes and agency guidelines.
- Reporting: Create detailed statistical reports and presentations to communicate key findings to Congress and the public.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in federal program analysis or administrative management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with federal grant management systems.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex regulations clearly.
