Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with corporate vision.
- Lead a high-performing team of engineers, architects, and product managers to deliver milestones on time.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with large-scale infrastructure transitions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences effectively.
- Oversee budget management and resource allocation for Project 2026 deliverables.
- Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 timeline.
- Establish robust governance frameworks for project documentation and compliance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in project management, engineering, or technology leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure projects or enterprise software initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent advanced project management certification is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
