Responsibilities
- Analyze $20B+ investment portfolio performance across global markets
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for public pension assets
- Prepare legislative briefings on fiscal policy impacts

- Ensure compliance with Public Records Act and GO Bond requirements

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting (CPA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years institutional investment management experience
- Advanced proficiency in Bloomberg Terminal and SQL
- CA government finance certification (GFMA) or equivalent
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
