Responsibilities

- Analyze epidemiological data to inform policy decisions and resource allocation
- Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate emergency response protocols
- Prepare comprehensive reports for City Council and state health agencies
- Advocate for public health funding initiatives and legislative priorities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field (MPH preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in public health or government administration
- Proven expertise in health program development and budget management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex health data sets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Kentucky residency required within 90 days of hire
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Jefferson County
