Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in public health or healthcare management
- Proven track record in emergency preparedness and crisis response
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Excellent leadership abilities with cross-functional team management
- Deep knowledge of Oklahoma public health systems and regulations
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or equivalent preferred
