Responsibilities
- Design and implement disease surveillance systems for Fresno County
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify public health threats
- Coordinate emergency response protocols during health crises

- Train public health staff on data analysis methodologies

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or Epidemiology
- 3+ years of government/public health experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAS/R/SPSS statistical software
- Valid California Public Health Analyst certification
- FEMA Incident Command System (ICS) 300 certification
- Proven crisis communication experience
- Knowledge of HIPAA and CA public health regulations
