Responsibilities
- Analyze complex public health datasets to identify trends and inform policy decisions
- Develop evidence-based health intervention programs targeting underserved populations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement community health initiatives
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for county leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor program effectiveness using KPIs and adjust strategies as needed
- Secure and manage public health grants to expand department initiatives
- Stay current with public health regulations and best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in public health data analysis and program management
- Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, SAS) and GIS mapping
- Experience with grant writing and federal/state compliance requirements
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to lead complex initiatives
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation abilities
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
