Responsibilities
- Design and implement evidence-based public health interventions targeting underserved communities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health threats and trends
- Manage complex budgets and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Develop grant proposals and oversee program evaluation metrics
- Coordinate interagency responses to public health emergencies
- Mentor junior staff and present findings to community stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program management
- Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, SAS, R)
- Valid Florida Driver's License
- PH certification or eligibility preferred
- Demonstrated experience with grant writing and compliance
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
