Responsibilities
- Lead epidemiological surveillance and outbreak investigations
- Analyze public health data to identify emerging trends and disparities
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations for county leadership
- Coordinate inter-agency health initiatives with community partners
- Manage grant-funded health improvement programs
- Present findings to policymakers and public stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field
- 3+ years of epidemiological analysis experience
- Proficiency in SAS/R/Python for statistical modeling
- California Public Health Certification (CPH) preferred
- Demonstrated experience with health equity initiatives
- Valid California driver's license
