Responsibilities
- Design and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting priority health issues
- Analyze complex epidemiological data to identify trends and inform strategic interventions
- Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to develop health initiatives
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for county leadership and public officials
- Oversee program evaluation and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations
- Lead community outreach and education campaigns on public health topics
- Manage grant applications and ensure proper allocation of public health resources
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in public health program implementation
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, SAS)
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with grant writing and federal/state reporting requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Knowledge of local health regulations and community resources
