Responsibilities
- Analyze complex public health data to identify emerging trends and inform strategic policy recommendations
- Develop and implement evidence-based intervention programs targeting high-priority health disparities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design community outreach initiatives
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders including legislators and community leaders
- Monitor program effectiveness and recommend data-driven improvements
- Lead interagency projects to address regional public health challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public health analysis or program evaluation
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, SAS, or Stata)
- Demonstrated experience with health data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong written communication skills with ability to produce executive-level reports
- Valid California driver's license and ability to travel to field sites
- Knowledge of California public health regulations and initiatives
