Responsibilities

- Train emergency response personnel in public health protocols

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field
- 5+ years of public health emergency response experience
- FEMA Professional Development Program (PDP) certification
- Proven expertise in incident command systems (ICS-400)
- Experience with emergency management platforms (e.g., WebEOC)
- Strong analytical and crisis decision-making abilities
- Valid District of Columbia government security clearance
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
