Responsibilities
- Analyze complex health data and legislative trends to inform state policy development
- Develop and implement program evaluation frameworks for public health initiatives
- Coordinate with federal agencies (CDC, CMS) to ensure compliance and funding opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams on emergency response planning and pandemic preparedness
- Present policy recommendations to legislative committees and stakeholder groups
- Manage grant applications and compliance for federal/state health programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in government healthcare policy analysis
- Expertise in Oregon state healthcare regulations (Medicaid, OHP)
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with federal grant administration (HRSA, SAMHSA)
- Valid Oregon driver's license and ability to travel statewide
- PHR or CPH certification preferred
