Responsibilities
- Analyze complex public health data to identify emerging health trends and policy gaps
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations addressing health inequities

- Manage grant-funded projects with budgets exceeding $500,000
- Present findings to City Council, community boards, and legislative bodies
- Oversee cross-departmental initiatives on chronic disease prevention
- Maintain compliance with federal/state public health regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Policy, or related field required
- Minimum 5 years progressive public health policy experience
- Expertise in quantitative data analysis (SPSS, SAS, R)
- Proven track record in developing city-wide health policies
- Experience securing and managing federal/state grants
- Strong stakeholder engagement and community outreach skills
- Knowledge of Philadelphia's public health landscape essential
