Responsibilities
- Lead emergency preparedness planning for public health crises
- Coordinate inter-agency response protocols with CDC/FEMA partners

- Train frontline healthcare workers in crisis protocols
- Report directly to the Deputy Director of Health Preparedness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field
- 3+ years emergency response experience
- Certified in Incident Command System (ICS-300)
- Expertise in epidemiological modeling software
- Proven crisis communication leadership
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts during emergencies
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
