Responsibilities
- Develop and implement county-wide public health initiatives targeting vulnerable populations
- Collaborate with federal/state agencies on emergency response protocols
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform policy decisions
- Manage community outreach programs and health education campaigns
- Oversee grant funding compliance and reporting
- Lead cross-functional teams during public health emergencies
- Monitor compliance with local/state health regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field (MPH preferred)
- 5+ years of public health program management experience
- Texas Department of State Health Services certification
- Proven crisis management and emergency response experience
- Advanced data analysis and reporting proficiency
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and public health regulations
- Experience with grant writing and compliance
- Valid Texas driver's license
