Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in government or public sector communications
- Proven crisis management and media relations expertise
- Advanced proficiency with CMS platforms and digital analytics tools
- Exceptional writing and editing skills for diverse audiences
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends for events
