Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies for major infrastructure projects and city initiatives
- Serve as primary media liaison, managing press conferences, interviews, and public inquiries
- Create compelling content across multiple platforms including press releases, social media, and newsletters
- Lead crisis communication protocols during emergencies and public incidents

Qualifications

- Experience managing communications budgets and vendor contracts
