Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in government/public safety administration
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in emergency management software and data analytics tools
- Strong knowledge of FEMA/NIMS protocols and California public safety regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain security clearance
