Responsibilities
- Manage $50M+ annual infrastructure projects including roadways, drainage systems, and public facilities
- Lead cross-departmental teams to implement sustainable urban development initiatives
- Develop data-driven strategies for infrastructure maintenance and capital improvement plans
- Oversee compliance with federal/state regulations and safety standards
- Prepare and administer departmental budgets with fiscal responsibility
- Engage with community stakeholders and elected officials on project priorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive municipal infrastructure management experience
- P.E. license or PMP certification required
- Proven expertise in municipal capital project delivery and budget administration
- Strong analytical skills with experience in GIS and infrastructure planning software
- Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Valid Texas Class C Driver's License
