Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with our 2026 business objectives, focusing on long-term organic growth.
- Technical Audits: Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, and site architecture issues.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to optimize on-page elements, ensuring high-quality, keyword-rich content that ranks well.
- Link Building: Lead off-page SEO campaigns to acquire high-authority backlinks and enhance domain authority.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console to report on progress and optimize campaigns.
- Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor strategies to identify opportunities and gaps in the market.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior SEO specialists and cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and Google Search Console.
- Tools: Expert level usage of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Deep knowledge of the latest Google algorithm updates and trends in the SEO industry.
