Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Lead cross-functional agile teams to deliver projects on time and within budget constraints.
- Perform detailed code reviews and conduct rigorous testing to ensure system reliability and data integrity.
- Collaborate with state agencies to identify process improvements and optimize legacy systems.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior analysts and ensure adherence to cybersecurity protocols.
- Document all technical processes and maintain accurate system architecture diagrams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in systems analysis, software development, or IT project management.
- Proven expertise in languages such as Java, Python, or C# and database technologies like SQL Server or Oracle.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and RESTful APIs.
- Experience working within a government or large enterprise environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification in PMP, ITIL, or a relevant cloud architecture credential is a plus.
