Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure for federal clients.
- Analyze complex system requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, cybersecurity standards (NIST), and agency protocols.
- Conduct system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and security audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones on time and within budget.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior staff members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in government or large-scale enterprise IT environments.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance is required.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
