Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and system designs.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern Java and .NET frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Perform thorough code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to guarantee system integrity.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems, processes, and technical standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and developers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in systems analysis, software development, or application support.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Strong expertise in SQL databases and relational data modeling.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
