Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system development.Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex software solutions and database systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and state agency stakeholders.Ensure all systems comply with state and federal regulations, security standards, and best practices.Perform system troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and optimization to ensure high availability.Document technical processes and provide mentorship to junior analysts and team members.Manage project lifecycles within Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, software development, or IT project management.Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.Strong proficiency in SQL and database management systems (Oracle, SQL Server).Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Ability to obtain necessary government security clearances.
