Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for software development and system integration projects.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Perform system testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance and data integrity.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with state security policies and regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members and IT support personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, software development, or IT project management.
- Proficiency in SQL, Java, or C#; experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance and pass a background check.
