Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive transportation planning strategies for state highways and public transit systems
- Analyze traffic patterns and demographic data to optimize infrastructure investments
- Coordinate with federal, state, and local agencies on multimodal transportation projects
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for policy development
- Manage project budgets and timelines using advanced planning software

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in transportation planning or public infrastructure
- Proficiency in GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS) and traffic modeling tools
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience with NEPA documentation and environmental impact assessments
