Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, Transportation Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in quantitative data analysis tools (SQL, R, Python)
- Deep understanding of federal transportation regulations (FTA, FHWA)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with policy experience
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
