Responsibilities
- Sort, load, and deliver mail and packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and adhere to USPS safety protocols
- Collect mail from mailboxes and post offices along designated routes
- Process customer transactions and handle inquiries professionally
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report irregularities
- Operate scanning devices to track deliveries
- Perform light clerical duties as assigned
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid state driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to walk 5-8 hours daily on various terrains
- Basic computer literacy for scanning devices
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Availability to work in all weather conditions
