- Conduct regular perimeter checks and security rounds

- Operate surveillance systems and access control equipment
- Collaborate with healthcare and counseling teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening
- Basic CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
