Responsibilities
- Manage official correspondence, records, and documentation for DPS regional operations
- Coordinate departmental scheduling, meetings, and logistics for leadership teams
- Process financial transactions, procurement requests, and budgetary documentation
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to law enforcement personnel and civilian staff
- Utilize state systems (e.g., TRS, SMART) for data entry and report generation

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 3+ years administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and state databases
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record
- Ability to obtain security clearance through background investigation
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish (required)
